PIease spec and install friction hinges to all new window installallations in living room and kitchen. Please acknowledge that this has been told to window installer

This is a change order.  Slamming Windows and doors has been a problem here, friction hinges will solve this, and also it solves the issue of having to find hook window hardware (which is old fashioned and not visually appealing or functional).
